 We understand that it can be a bit overwhelming adjusting to your new van. There are so many bits of information to remember and complex systems to learn. Vehicle malfunctions can occur and become stressful and all you want to do is hit the road and travel. We get it! While we strive for perfection in our builds and setting you up for success during orientation, it would be wrong to say everything is always going to be perfect and you will remember everything. But rest assured! Between the Live More App, nationwide Service Centers, the Owner's Portal, and our team's wealth of knowledge, we will make sure you are always taken care of! Learn how below!
 

Support

 After years of development, we have finally launched the Live More Owner's Guide App. The App is loaded with everything you need to know about your van- how-to's, everything electrical from theory to wiring diagrams,, maintenance charts, pro-tips, and much more! Have a question that is not in the app? Reach out to our team by creating a help ticket in the new Owners Portal! We will answer all of your questions and make sure you fully understand every concept. We will then add that question to the database and your app will be automatically updated for all Owner's in the future! Want a physical copy? You can print one right from the app. It truly doesn't get much easier than this! 

Service

Our goal is to take customer care to the next level and are thrilled to announce that we have partnered with 14 of the countries most trusted & reputable van builders to create the Upfitter Network. Travel with confidence knowing you are always in range of first-class service. This will allow you to visit any builder in the network for van upgrades, help and support, warranty work and more! 

How it works:

Support/Warranty Repairs

1) Enter the Owner's Portal by clicking the above banner.

2) Click on Sign up. After signing up, click on tickets -> Create ticket.

3) Please describe your issue/question in detail and include photos. For Electrical questions, please include the last 15 days of data from the Victron Connect app under the Solar Charger Component.

4) Our team will reply during business hours as quickly as possible. If a repair is needed, we will schedule the repair and ensure you are taken care of!

Warranty

We stand behind our work! Every van built by Live More includes an industry leading 3 year/36,000 mile limited warranty on the conversion work completed by Live More. Please note that specific parts and components are covered under manufactures warranty and the time varies part to part. Have Peace of Mind that we are here to help when needed. If you need to request a warranty repair, please submit a ticket in the Owner's Portal or email Support@livemorecampervans.com. We will help remotely where possible and make sure to get you back on the road quickly.
