our build process

First, check out our Adventure Ready layouts. Each layout features a unique configuration and lists all the details and our see-through pricing on the cost and upgrades. Every build is backed by our industry leading 3 year warranty. After that, you're only 5 steps away from your handcrafted van! Step 1

Get in touch

Fill out the build inquiry form and book a consultation below! During our consultation, we will discuss our layouts, schedule, financing, the perfect van for you, answer all of your questions and much more. We will then provide a build estimate and hold your desired build date for 72 hours while you decide if a van is right for you.

Step 2

reserve

Once you have decided to move forward, we will reserve your spot on our schedule! We require a $5,000 deposit and a signed build contract to reserve your date.

Next is the fun part, design and customizations! But first- all of our clients are given the opportunity to take out one of our rentals on us. We highly recommend taking advantage of this before the next design stage!

Step 3

DESIGN

We will take a deeper dive into your build details and begin finalizing your design! Finishes, fixtures, floor color, upgrades and more will be chosen. Then, 4 weeks before your build date, we will confirm the design for the final time and make any last changes at your request.

We're almost to your build date!

Step 4

Build day

Woo! The day has finally come. You will drop off or have your van delivered to us on your build day. We will review the contract, layout, and customizations. 50% of your invoice + upgrade parts is due 30 days before your build date.Then, we get started!

Our build times vary on complexity but typically take 6-10 weeks. While we can not guarantee a completion date, we can guarantee what we're known for- excellent craftsmanship in every little detail! We will stay in touch and provide you with an estimated completion date when possible.

Step 5

Pick up

We made it! It is time to pick up your Handcrafted

Van and head out on your first big adventure. We will have a full orientation and complete any remaining paperwork. At this time, your final payment is due. You will have continued support from our team and an exclusive Live More user guide app.

Andddd you're off! Time to hit the road and live out your dreams!
