Please note-
-Both grey and black water tanks are to be dumped or there is a $200 dump fee.
-We do not charge a cleaning fee. If the camper is not cleaned and in the same condition as drop off, we will happily have it cleaned for you for $100
-While we do allow pets in all of our rentals for no additional charge, our cleaning service does charge a $75 additional cleaning fee if pet hair is found.
-Smoking of any kind is prohibited

-Must have a 2" receiver hitch, 8000lb+ towing capacity and 7-pin connector to tow. Everything else is provided.
